Currently Marcia Swaby works mainly with adults with problems such as stress, depression, anxiety and chronic pain. She also does anger management. Some clients have histories of childhood abuse.

Her approach is cognitive- behavioural and solution-focused. She uses hypnosis as an adjunct to pain management and a variety of other problems.
